Chiggy Nsofor Foundation (CNF) has brought smiles to the faces of vulnerable individuals in Gonin Goro community located in Kaduna state through a Humanitarian project tagged “Festive Food Relief (FFR)”. The Outreach which was held on the 7th of December, 2024 was an impactful initiative, conducted as part of the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to support and uplift vulnerable individuals in underserved communities.
CNF’s Festive Food Relief Outreach aimed to address the immediate needs of vulnerable persons by providing and distributing essential food items to ensure that several households in Gonin Goro can celebrate the festive season with joy and dignity. Some of the essential food items provided by CNF included Garri, Rice, Palm Oil, Maggi, Salt, etc.
Through this initiative, CNF reinforced her commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable people and community support. The Outreach not only provided material relief but also provided a sense of hope and togetherness among the residents of Gonin Goro, Kaduna State. The Foundation’s efforts were met with gratitude and appreciation from the community, as many expressed their heartfelt thanks for the timely and much-needed assistance.
Both the Community Head, Sarki anguwan Bijeh, and the Counsellor, Hon. Danladi Dogo thanked CNF for their support and prayed for the progress of the Foundation. A beneficiary of our relief efforts in Gonin Goro, Mrs Abigail, like many other beneficiaries also expressed deep appreciation to CNF for the food items she received on behalf of her family.
By addressing the nutritional needs, the Foundation’s FFR Outreach has significantly impacted the lives of over 100 families in Gonin Goro, Kaduna State, ensuring that the festive season is a time of celebration and not hardship.
CNF continues to embody the spirit of giving and compassion, making a meaningful difference in the lives of many and helping them to live a better quality of life.
