March 2nd marked the beginning of a transformative journey for Skill Scale-Up Cohort 3. This specialized tech batch represents our latest commitment to bridging the gap and empowering the next generation of innovators.
During our orientation, we set the bar high. In the rapidly evolving tech landscape, we emphasized that dedication and continuous growth are no longer just advantages, they are non-negotiable requirements for success.
Our founder, Chiggy Nsofor, during her address to cohort 3, urged every STAR to bring their “A-Game”. She reminded the STARS that while CNF provides the platform, their individual excellence is what will truly open doors in the industry.
The charge given by our founder to our STARS, is that “as they learn from the program, they must also lift those around them by teaching others”. This ensures that the technical knowledge gained in this cohort doesn’t stop with the individual but flows back into the community, creating a ripple effect of impact.
